• Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials within budget.
• Mentor junior designers on best practices in accessory design.
• Collaborate with external partners for special projects.
• Analyze sales data to inform future designs.
• Maintain organization of design archives and databases.
• Continuously seek inspiration through research and travel.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in accessories design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• AutoCAD

Languages

• English: Fluent
