• Prepare and review standard operating procedures for various processes.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on new processes and safety standards.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise the commissioning and testing of new equipment.
• Prepare budgets and project plans for engineering activities.
• Engage in collaborations with academic institutions for research advancements.
• Monitor production metrics and implement necessary adjustments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree in a related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical industry
