Job Description

As an Account Executive at Dynamic Sales Solutions, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and managing client relationships. You'll work closely with our talented team to develop tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs, while taking charge of the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
  • Utilise analytics to evaluate sales performance and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gauge satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions to clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills.
  • Mentor junior sales team members as needed.
  • Prepare weekly sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Explore new market segments for potential business expansion.

Requirements

Education
  • Master’s degree in Business or related field is preferred
