Responsibilities

• Conduct various group fitness classes, adapting formats as necessary.
• Assist in developing client fitness assessments and tailored programmes.
• Promote health and fitness by leading workshops and seminars.
• Encourage and support clients in their fitness journey.
• Monitor client progress and provide feedback.
• Ensure gym equipment is safe and well-maintained.
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals for client benefit.
• Participate in fitness community events and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Group Fitness Instruction
• Degree in Exercise Science or similar is preferred

Experience

• 3 years of experience in leading fitness classes

Technical Skills

• Group Fitness Instruction
• Exercise Programming

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer
• AED Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Specialization in Pilates or Yoga: Specialization in a fitness niche is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of injury rehabilitation: Experience in aiding recovery from injuries is beneficial.
