Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic Glasgow team. This role involves providing first-class technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring optimal performance of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting, alongside excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ensure IT equipment is maintained and functional for all staff.
  • Participate in special projects related to IT system improvements.
  • Assist with IT inventory management and asset tracking.
  • Help develop and update user documentation for technology.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure technology meets business needs.
  • Stay current with the latest IT developments and best practices.

Requirements

Education
  • IT-related diploma or equivalent experience
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
