Job Description

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Consultant with a strong background in compliance management to oversee regulatory requirements and implement effective compliance programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of industry standards and regulations, helping our clients achieve and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance compliance frameworks within client organisations.
• Monitor compliance trends and report findings to management.
• Facilitate workshops to raise awareness of compliance issues.
• Assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures.
• Serve as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries from clients.
• Ensure that all compliance-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
• Support clients during compliance-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant area
• Postgraduate qualifications in compliance is a distinct advantage

Experience

• Experience with compliance issues in financial services or healthcare sectors is a plus
