We are seeking a passionate Online Educator to deliver engaging and effective online learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development and teaching in a virtual environment, utilising various e-learning tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead online training sessions and workshops for diverse groups of learners.
• Evaluate and incorporate feedback to enhance the learning experience.
• Utilise analytics to track student progress and implement improvements.
• Build a positive and supportive online community among learners.
• Assist in developing strategies for student retention and engagement.
• Maintain course management systems and ensure content is current.
• Participate in professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
• Master's degree in Education Technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of successful online teaching experience

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Graphic Design Software

Certifications

• Online Instructor Certificate
• Specialist in Online Learning and Teaching (SOLT)

Languages

• English: Fluent
