Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our advisory team, providing analytical support and insights for mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other key investment strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, possesses strong financial modelling skills, and excels in a high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyse financial statements and company performance metrics.
• Draft and edit presentation materials for investor meetings.
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
• Support senior bankers in negotiations and deal structuring.
• Monitor market developments and economic indicators.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
• Provide critical support in project management for client engagements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in investment banking or related fields
