Job Description

We’re seeking a talented IT Support Technician to provide exceptional support and troubleshooting for our clients’ IT needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation and excellent communication skills, working closely with users to diagnose and resolve issues swiftly.

Responsibilities

  • Offer solutions and support for IT troubleshooting issues via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Conduct performance tests and ensure systems are running effectively.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software repairs.
  • Assist with data recovery and backup processes.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss new technologies and improvements.
  • Support the onboarding of new employees by setting up their IT equipment.
  • Stay up-to-date on new technologies and IT developments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline
  • Professional IT certifications are desirable
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help-desk role
