Greens Keeper

Job Description

As a Greens Keeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the golf course to the highest standards. This includes mowing, fertilising, and caring for the greens, fairways, and roughs. You will work outdoors, ensuring the course is in prime condition for our members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mowing schedules to ensure optimal turf height.
• Monitor irrigation systems for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Apply pesticides and herbicides as needed in compliance with regulations.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve course maintenance goals.
• Record and report all maintenance activities and supplies used.
• Assist with landscaping projects around the clubhouse and amenities.
• Maintain a supply inventory for course maintenance tasks.
• Train new staff on course maintenance practices and safety.

Requirements

Education

• Certifications in Turf Management or Horticulture preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in landscape maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Irrigation System Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
