UI/UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a passionate UI/UX Designer to join our creative team in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that effectively convey our brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging user interfaces based on design best practices.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements through research.
• Produce wireframes and prototypes for new concepts.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure implementation aligns with design.
• Monitor user feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
• Create and enforce design guidelines and specifications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute new ideas.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay abreast of the latest design software and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prototyping skills with InVision: Ability to create interactive prototypes using InVision.
