Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Assess and manage potential risks associated with transactions.
• Assist in developing proposals and presentations for clients.
• Monitor market conditions to inform investment strategies.
• Train and mentor junior analysts within the team.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Review and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Engage in networking to enhance client acquisition efforts.
• Contribute to the overall growth and positioning of the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred
• Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACA desired

Experience

• 5+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or related experience.
