Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various manufacturing equipment according to production schedules.
• Identify and rectify production discrepancies to ensure product quality.
• Work alongside engineers to implement process improvements.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions.
• Follow standard operating procedures for manufacturing activities.
• Support inventory control and material handling processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment to meet production targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certificate in Manufacturing or Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
