Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Cardiff team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of assisting customers with technical issues, ensuring they get the best service possible. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases and learn about exciting technologies while helping clients resolve their challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, reproduce, and document issues reported by customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineers when necessary.
  • Provide technical training and guidance to clients as needed.
  • Regularly review and improve knowledge base articles and support documentation.
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of support tools and resources.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Relevant technical certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
