Coater Helper

Job Description

As a Coater Helper, you will assist in the coating processes, providing vital support to the Coater Operator and ensuring the smooth operation of our coating machinery. Your diligence will help us maintain high-quality standards and optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of coating equipment.
• Prepare and measure raw materials for coating processes.
• Verify the quality of coated surfaces through inspection.
• Keep the coating area free from hazards and organized.
• Collaborate with the Coater Operator to improve efficiency.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Basic mechanical aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment: Experience in a manufacturing or coating role is a plus.
