Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Broke Handler to join our team. In this role, you will manage and process broken trades and settlements, collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage processed broken trades and settlements with precision.
• Work closely with internal teams and brokers to reconcile and review discrepancies.
• Oversee documentation and ensure the correct matching of trades.
• Identify issues swiftly and implement solutions to uphold trade accuracy.
• Keep abreast of all regulatory changes affecting trade settlement processes.
• Generate reports for management on settlement performance and discrepancies.
• Develop efficient workflows for the resolution of broken trades.
• Foster a team-oriented environment addressing any issues proactively.
• Assist in developing training materials for new staff on trade handling.
• Participate in audits and compliance checks related to broken trades.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
• Experience with derivatives and complex financial instruments is preferred.

Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in financial services
