Job Description

As a General Maintainer, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of buildings, equipment, and machinery. You will play a crucial role across various sectors, including manufacturing and facilities management, ensuring that our properties remain safe and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify any necessary repairs.
• Perform minor repairs such as painting, drywall work, and plumbing.
• Work closely with contractors for major repair work.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns.
• Report maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in maintenance or related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in maintenance or related field
