Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setter to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and tending machines that crush, grind, and polish materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and a keen eye for detail to ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up machinery for production runs based on job specifications.
• Inspect and monitor machine operations for quality assurance.
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed.
• Report any malfunctions or safety issues to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety.
• Train and mentor junior operators in machine operation and safety practices.
• Document production metrics for tracking efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize machine performance.
• Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay informed about developments in manufacturing technology.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Diploma in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
