Job Description
Join us as an IT Support Technician in Glasgow, where you will be responsible for addressing technical inquiries, supporting IT infrastructure, and ensuring optimal performance of software and hardware solutions.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to user requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Assist with the setup and deployment of new devices, monitoring our IT resources.
Provide support for software applications, including installation, configuration, and updates.
Document all support requests and their resolutions for future reference.
Monitor and maintain IT asset inventory.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
Help manage network and server infrastructure.
Advantageous
Knowledge of ITIL practices: Experience with ITIL practices for effective IT service management.
Experience with remote support tools: Familiarity with remote support tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop.
