Job Description

We are seeking an Insurance Claims Checker to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for verifying insurance policies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are crucial for success.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough reviews of insurance policies for compliance and accuracy.
  • Engage with clients and insurance agents to clarify information.
  • Document all verification activities and maintain comprehensive records.
  • Provide advice and support on claims processing.
  • Monitor changes in industry regulations to ensure adherence.
  • Collaborate with the Policy Assurance team to streamline procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on insurance processes.
  • Assist in developing training materials for new hires.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Diploma in Insurance or related field
  • Insurance qualifications from recognised bodies are preferred.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry
