Responsibilities

• Utilise polishing machines and tools effectively to complete finishing tasks.
• Inspect finished surfaces and complete quality control assessments.
• Follow technical specifications and drawings for each project.
• Assist in training junior team members and new hires.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure production efficiency.
• Report any equipment malfunction or safety issues to management.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but vocational training in metal polishing is preferred

Experience

• Prior experience in metal polishing or a related field is desirable
