Job Description

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our talented team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will work on various infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and compliance regulations. Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and development of engineering projects, ensuring they meet client and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of project plans, conducting necessary inspections and assessments.
  • Implement innovative solutions to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to manage project resources.
  • Document all engineering processes and maintain accurate project records.
  • Engage with community stakeholders to address concerns and gather feedback.
  • Monitor work progress to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for new projects.
  • Stay updated with current legislation and best practices in civil engineering.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • A master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering roles
