Job Description

As a Cooling and Freezing Equipment Operator, you will manage the operation of equipment used in the freezing and cooling process of chemicals. Your role is crucial for maintaining product integrity and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the daily operation of cooling systems.
  • Monitor chemical properties during the cooling process.
  • Record data for production efficiency analysis.
  • Identify trends to improve operational best practices.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs.
  • Lead safety meetings and training for the team.
  • Ensure all processes align with company policies.
  • Conduct performance analysis on equipment.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Assist in inventory management of chemicals used in the process.

Requirements

Education
  • Technical diploma in a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in processing or chemical manufacturing
