Job Description

We're on the lookout for a motivated Healthcare Administrator to join our Leeds team. You will be at the forefront of our operations, handling everything from patient record management to assisting with billing and insurance processes. Your role will be crucial in fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients alike.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain patient records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for patients across departments.
  • Assist with medical billing and insurance claims processing.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to facilitate optimal patient care.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Provide front reception duties, including greeting patients and answering inquiries.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new administrative staff.
  • Oversee supply management to ensure adequate inventory for operations.
  • Handle patient complaints and feedback to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Healthcare Administrative Professional (CHAP) are a plus.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration or a similar role.
