Job Description

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance team in Armagh. The successful candidate will ensure that manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the manufacturing sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality assurance team in daily operations and ensure the execution of quality audits.
• Implement staff training programs on quality standards and procedures.
• Document quality control procedures and update them as required.
• Respond to customer complaints and ensure necessary follow-ups are conducted.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a quality role within manufacturing
