Legal Advisor

Job Description

Join us as a Legal Advisor, where your expertise in legal matters will be utilized to support our clients and internal teams. You'll be responsible for conducting legal research, advising on policies, and representing the firm in legal negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Review and update internal policies to reflect current laws.
• Participate in the development of legal strategies for business initiatives.
• Liaise with external counsel on litigation matters.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations.
• Support merger and acquisition efforts with legal insights.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute agreements with clients and vendors.
• Assist in dispute resolution processes and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal correspondence.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB)
• Master's degree in Law (LLM) is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in corporate law

Certifications

• Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) Level 6

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
