Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chemical Technician specialised in water analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough water quality tests, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of physical and chemical tests on water samples.
• Ensure accurate recording of test results and timely reporting to the Environmental Manager.
• Conduct routine maintenance of laboratory instruments and upkeep of the laboratory environment.
• Participate in site visits to collect samples as necessary.
• Evaluate testing methods and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand testing needs and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a laboratory setting focusing on water analysis
