Job Description

As a Long Goods Drier, you will play a crucial role in the food manufacturing process. You will operate and maintain drying equipment to ensure that products such as pasta and noodles meet the required quality standards. This position demands a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload long goods onto the drying racks or conveyor systems.
• Inspect dried goods for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to the drying process.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in food technology

Experience

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control practices.
