Job Description

We are seeking a Telecom Network Manager to oversee our network operations in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in managing telecom networks, enhancing service delivery, and optimising system performance. You will be responsible for leading a team, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyse network traffic for optimisations.
  • Regularly interface with customers to understand their telecommunications needs.
  • Implement improvements based on customer feedback and network performance data.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations and changes.
  • Participate in strategic planning to align network capabilities with emerging trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in management roles within telecommunications
