Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production process of high-quality shoes. You will operate and maintain shoe manufacturing machinery, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent quality of footwear by adhering to production protocols.
• Assist in the maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss production targets.
• Support the floor manager in training new staff on machinery.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Provide feedback on product quality during production runs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in machinery operation or safety are an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment
