As a Content Developer in our Milton Keynes office, you will create a range of technical content aimed at supporting our products and services. The perfect candidate will have a flair for writing along with the technical knowledge necessary to simplify complex concepts.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage the lifecycle of user manuals and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
• Utilize various tools for documentation and content publishing.
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to technical accuracy.
• Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gather information.
• Support marketing initiatives by providing technical insights for promotional materials.
• Conduct usability tests to ensure clarity and functionality of documentation.
• Adapt content for online platforms and various user needs.
• Manage multiple documentation projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide ongoing support for content updates and revisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or a related field
• Additional certifications in Technical Writing are advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or content development
