Graphic Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Cardiff team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning graphics that effectively communicate our clients' messages. You will work closely with our marketing and design departments to develop creative concepts and produce high-quality designs for print and digital media.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for all creative projects, from initial concepts to final execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction.
• Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.) to create visually compelling content.
• Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all designs.
• Gather feedback from clients and colleagues to refine designs.
• Develop and maintain a presentation deck for client pitches and internal meetings.
• Handle design-related inquiries and provide solutions promptly.
• Research industry trends to keep designs fresh and relevant.
• Train and mentor junior designers as required.
• Participate in the evaluation of design processes and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design

Technical Skills

• CorelDRAW
• Sketch

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of branding and marketing: Insight into brand strategy and marketing principles.
• Experience with UX/UI design: Ability to create user-focused design solutions.
