Job Description

As an IT Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in driving IT initiatives in Belfast. Your leadership will be essential in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Create and maintain a project dashboard for real-time monitoring.
• Liaise with vendors and external partners to ensure project alignment.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
• Assist in the design and implementation of new IT processes.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage user training and change management processes post-delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Relevant industry certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT delivery roles
