Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities based on customer orders.
• Engage with various departments to forecast production needs.
• Conduct regular audits of production operations for compliance and efficiency.
• Suggest enhancements to manufacturing processes to increase productivity.
• Assist in training production staff on new procedures and technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of production schedules and adjustments.
• Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in a relevant manufacturing planning role

• Supply Chain Management

Certifications

• Certified Production Planner (CPP)

Languages
