Job Description

Join our innovative team as an IT Support Technician and become the first point of contact for our clients in Birmingham. This role involves diagnosing and resolving technical problems, providing excellent customer support, and contributing to the improvement of our IT services. Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve incoming technical support requests via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Diagnose hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software applications.
  • Assist with network and system administration tasks as needed.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on various IT systems.
  • Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of repairs and solutions.

Advantageous

  • CompTIA A+ Certification: Valid certification in IT support fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of Mac OS: Familiarity with Mac operating systems and support.
