Job Description

As a Self-Enrichment Teacher, you will design and deliver workshops to support parents in enhancing their parenting skills. This role is crucial in helping families develop positive behaviours and improve their children's development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group discussions to empower parents in their roles.
• Guide parents in implementing effective child-rearing strategies.
• Evaluate and adapt workshops based on participant feedback.
• Implement innovative teaching strategies to engage parents.
• Create resources and handouts for ongoing parental support.
• Support the development of local partnerships for family resources.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in a relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience working with low-income families preferred

• Experience in online education platforms: Familiarity with tools for virtual workshops.
