Job Description

As a Mold Capper Helper, you will play an essential role in our manufacturing team by assisting with the capping of molds and ensuring that production operations run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor in capping and uncapping molds.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Inspect molds for any defects prior to capping.
• Assist in the resolution of issues related to mold capping.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Ensure accurate documentation of production records.
• Collaborate with team to meet production deadlines.
• Support in training new team members as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Manual dexterity
• Basic machinery operations

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with mold capping processes: Understanding of the techniques and standards in mold capping.
