Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Mobile Lounge Driver/Operator. In this role, you will be the face of our service, ensuring passengers are transported safely and enjoyably, whilst adhering to strict safety protocols and maintaining high standards in vehicle care.

Responsibilities

  • Drive mobile lounges safely while adhering to all traffic laws.
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain records of vehicle conditions.
  • Assist with passenger loading and unloading, ensuring a safe and pleasant experience.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other staff.
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, stocked, and ready for service.
  • Follow strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide assistance to passengers with special requirements.
  • Collect feedback from passengers to help improve service quality.
  • Participate in training programs related to safety and customer service.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in maintaining and operating vehicles is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Radio communication proficiency
  • Onboard systems operation
Soft Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Additional driving licenses or certifications: Possession of extra licenses could be advantageous for operational flexibility.
  • First Aid Certification: A certification would be valuable in case of health emergencies.
