Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Employee Training Consultant to join our team in Windsor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative training programs that meet the needs of our diverse workforce. You will work closely with department heads to identify training needs and provide solutions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze training needs and develop tailored training plans to enhance employee performance.
  • Create e-learning modules and interactive training sessions using modern learning technologies.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of training sessions and adapt content as necessary.
  • Work closely with management to integrate training with performance management initiatives.
  • Develop evaluation tools to measure the impact of training on employee performance and satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment by encouraging employee participation in training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation in training programs.
  • Deliver one-on-one coaching and mentoring as part of the training process.
  • Organize and manage training logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • Master's degree in Training and Development is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of training experience in a corporate environment
