We are looking for a skilled Transition Specialist to coordinate and manage the transition of new processes, systems, or technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and help implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive transition plans and clearly outline stakeholder roles.
• Engage with various project teams to ensure alignment with transition goals.
• Identify and document risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
• Facilitate training sessions to equip users with necessary skills for new systems.
• Evaluate transition outcomes for effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Create and maintain project documentation throughout the transition process.
• Drive change management initiatives to enhance user adoption of new systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in project management, focusing on tech transitions.

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Project
• Agile Methodologies

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks: Understanding of IT service management processes.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC): Experience with the stages of software development and their integration.
