Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Success Manager, where your main focus will be the success and productivity of our customers. You will act as the point of contact for client inquiries, helping to resolve issues promptly and ensuring that customers are receiving maximum value from our services. Developing strong, enduring relationships and championing the needs of our customers will be essential to your success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients, facilitating open communication.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and solutions to inquiries.
  • Organise training sessions for clients to maximise product utilisation.
  • Follow up with clients post-implementation to ensure they’re achieving their objectives.
  • Understand customer needs and develop solutions to address them effectively.
  • Utilise metrics to track customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences.
  • Provide actionable insights based on customer feedback to product/project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success roles
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Software familiarity
