Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Air-Conditioning Coil Assembler to join our dedicated manufacturing team. This role requires assembling air-conditioning coils following strict specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in coil assembly and possess a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all coils are assembled according to specified technical drawings.
• Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to maintain efficiency.
• Work closely with quality control to address any defects or discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in training new employees in assembly processes and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and assembled units.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline assembly processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in HVAC or sheet metal fabrication

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience in coil assembly or a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Manual dexterity
• Soldering and brazing techniques
• Technical drawing interpretation
• HVAC systems knowledge

Certifications

• Certification in soldering/brazing techniques preferred
