Job Description

As a Hydroelectric Plant Technician, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of our hydroelectric facility. The ideal applicant will have strong technical skills in power generation systems and a commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of hydroelectric systems to maintain effective service delivery.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment.
  • Document maintenance work and results to track plant performance.
  • Work with the team to troubleshoot outages and inefficiencies.
  • Ensure equipment meets health and safety standards at all times.
  • Assist in training new technicians on plant operations and safety practices.
  • Provide input on equipment upgrades and system improvements.
