Job Description
As a Hydroelectric Plant Technician, you will play a crucial role in the operation and maintenance of our hydroelectric facility. The ideal applicant will have strong technical skills in power generation systems and a commitment to workplace safety.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of hydroelectric systems to maintain effective service delivery.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all equipment.
Document maintenance work and results to track plant performance.
Work with the team to troubleshoot outages and inefficiencies.
Ensure equipment meets health and safety standards at all times.
Assist in training new technicians on plant operations and safety practices.
Provide input on equipment upgrades and system improvements.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry developments.
Contribute to a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
