Responsibilities

• Safely transport rental vehicles to customer locations.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery, addressing any questions customers may have.
• Ensure that all relevant documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
• Handle payments and deposits where necessary.
• Report any incidents or accidents immediately as required.
• Exhibit professional driving behaviours meeting company standards.
• Assist in fleet management by tracking vehicle usage and reporting any discrepancies.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Experience

• Experience in the car rental industry is advantageous.
