Job Description

As a Kettle Tender, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling kettles in a busy manufacturing environment. Your duties will involve ensuring the kettles operate efficiently and that product quality meets our high standards. Responsibilities

  • Document all kettle operations to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with Quality Control Inspectors to ensure all products meet quality criteria.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with fellow team members to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Be proactive in identifying potential operational challenges and suggest solutions.
