Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Specialist in Edinburgh. You will be tasked with safeguarding our digital assets, responding to security incidents, and advising on security improvements. The role demands a blend of technical expertise and analytical skills to ensure our systems remain highly secure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead incident response activities and forensic investigations.
  • Develop disaster recovery and response plans.
  • Work with compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for security assessments.
  • Document security incidents and measures taken.
  • Participate in cybersecurity training and exercises.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in relevant cybersecurity roles
