Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans.

• Adapt activities to cater to different ages and needs.
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of children’s progress.
• Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute ideas.
• Foster an environment that respects diversity and individuality.

Requirements

Education

• Cache Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in childcare or nursery settings

Technical Skills

• Behaviour management
• Creative planning and facilitation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in teaching or education: Previous experience in a teaching role is beneficial.
• Bilingual abilities: Fluency in a second language is a plus.
