Job Description

As a Dental Practice Manager, you’ll oversee operations at our Slough dental practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and a compliant working environment. You will also play a crucial role in team management, budgeting, and implementing practices that ensure our patients receive exceptional dental services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the dental practice.
• Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for staff.
• Implement best practices for patient management and care.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and expense management.
• Enhance patient satisfaction through feedback and service improvement.
• Foster a positive and professional environment for staff and patients.
• Coordinate the scheduling of appointments and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and regulations.
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement of practice operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management
• Certification in Dental Practice Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within a dental practice
