You will be assisting clients in navigating their mortgage options, ensuring they receive tailored advice to meet their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify competitive mortgage products.
• Offer guidance on financial planning related to mortgages.
• Engage in networking to generate new client referrals.
• Work closely with underwriters and lenders to facilitate applications.
• Assess client risk profiles and make recommendations.
• Prepare documentation required for mortgage applications.
• Keep abreast of changes in market conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to promote mortgage services.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Business Administration or Finance
• Additional certifications in financial advising or related fields are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a mortgage advisory role
