We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with a flair for creativity and a passion for transforming spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing innovative interior projects, collaborating closely with clients to achieve their vision.

Responsibilities

• Design functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback.
• Create 3D models and visualisations of proposed designs.
• Coordinate installation of designs with contractors.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Maintain a strong network of vendors and suppliers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
• Additional qualifications in design are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in design projects

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification
• CMDA Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
